Our custom manufacturing process
In our studio, open by appointment, you follow every step of the creation process: sketches, prototype, adjustments, and final assembly. Transparency that guarantees a result in line with your expectations, deadlines, and budget.
An in-depth consultation (in-store or remotely) defines your needs: height, colors, base type, and light intensity. We then present wood species, fabrics, and protective anti-UV glass for photos or illustrations.
After validation of the model, manufacturing begins: recyclable components, twisted textile cable, and high-performance LED bulb are assembled with precision. Your personalized lamp undergoes a final inspection before illuminating your daily life.

Policy specific to custom creations
As each personalized lamp is made piece by piece, it is not eligible for returns. That is why we scrupulously validate each step together: prototype, validation of the final model, and preview before starting manufacturing. This allows us to ensure that your manufactured product will correspond exactly to your expectations.

Is it possible to pick up my order directly at the studio? Absolutely! Simply choose this option when placing your order. We will then arrange an appointment for you to collect your creation. If you prefer delivery, we ship via Chronopost (24h) or GLS (48h) with real-time tracking.
