Upcycled vintage lamp — Textured black ceramic and printed lampshade

A vintage piece, a second life

This matte black ceramic lamp base is a thrifted find, recognizable by its dotted and fluted texture that plays with light across the entire height of the body. A sculptural and understated piece that has retained its original condition—we have simply completely rewired it for safe use, in accordance with current standards.

On this graphic base, we have handcrafted a cylindrical lampshade in an abstract painted pattern fabric—ivory and powder pink organic shapes, black and burgundy geometric bursts, on a textured brown and gray background. A covering that evokes a hand-painted canvas, for a resolutely artistic piece.

Each vintage lamp upcycled by HAUTLALAMPE is a unique piece: we source antique bases, rewire them, and pair them with a custom-made lampshade crafted in our workshop. A marriage between the authenticity of an object from the past and the freshness of a contemporary textile creation.
