Vintage bedside lamps, solid wood base, sourced in Alsace and refurbished in my Strasbourg workshop.

The solid wood base, with its octagonal shape and slightly softened edges, as well as the turned stem with simple decorative rings, clearly evoke a mid-20th century production, most likely between the 1940s and 1960s. It has a fairly sober, functional style, with an artisanal or semi-industrial influence.

The small lateral element (like a wooden knob or thumbwheel) is typical of certain vintage lamps, often used for an old switch system or as a decorative detail.

The Socket: gold-colored ring socket (E14) and gold PVC electrical cord are new.

New floral-shaped lampshade, "yellow sobremonte" print.
