Recycled vintage lamp — Black base and Tropical Garden lampshade

This ceramic lamp base with its round, ribbed silhouette is a thrifted find, selected for the generosity of its shape and the quality of its ceramic. Before arriving at our studio, it bore the traces of time—we have fully repainted it in a matte anthracite black, for a contemporary and timeless look, and completely rewired it for safe use, meeting current standards.

For this understated and graphic base, we handcrafted a cylindrical lampshade in a flamboyant jungle print—stylized trees, foliage, and coral flowers on a peacock blue background—for a striking contrast between the simplicity of the base and the exuberance of the fabric.
