Vintage Lamp Revisited, Upcycled Antique Lamp Base & Striped Lampshade

Upcycled table lamp, antique turned wood base and striped lampshade.

Estimated original period: 1890-1920

Origin: France

Style (for the lamp base): "Chandelier" or "candlestick" type base, very popular at that time, often inspired by classic candlesticks. Wood was a widely used material; the original height of the base was modified with an additional rod, then painted in a cream shade.

New lampshade, slightly trapezoidal shape, orange and cream striped. The bottom is highlighted with a matching trim.

Lamp base diameter: 10 cm - 14 cm with the small handle

Top lampshade diameter: 24 cm

Bottom lampshade diameter: 15 cm

Lampshade height: 35.5 cm
